HOW DO I PURCHASE A PRODUCT ON THE TINY TROVE?

Browse through pur products and select the product you would like to purchase. Click on the 'ADD TO CART' button beside the item.Review the items in your cart by clicking the ' VIEW CART' link. Click on 'CHECKOUT' to proceed with your order.Log in or Signup. Enter your shipping details. Enter your payment details. Review your order and make the payment. HOW DO I KNOW YOU HAVE GOT MY ORDER?

As soon as you place an order with us and make a payment, you will receive a confirmation email on the email address you entered on your order with an order number. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and move hello@thetinytrove to your safe sender list.

HOW DO I CHANGE A PRODUCT IN MY ORDER?

If you need to change an item in your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not been processed yet we will make the change.However, if it has already been processed then we will not be able to make any changes, especially since most of our products are personalized.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

We usually dispatch your order within 4-5 days of placing the order. Once the product is dispatched from the warehouse delivery times may vary based on location. Generally the transit time for metros is 5-6 days while other destinations could take upto 6-7 working days. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

When we dispatch your order you will receive a tracking number by e-mail, which will enable to you to track your product.Generally the transit time for metros is 5-6 days while other destinations could take upto 6-7 working days.

IN WHAT PACKAGING WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED

Your order will be delivered to you wrapped in corrugated paper either in a cardboard box or a tamper-proof bag depending on the size of the package. We try our level best to use eco frindly packaging.We will make every effort to ensure that your package reaches you safely and does not get damaged during transit.

CAN MY ORDER BE GIFT WRAPPED?

Yes. We can gift wrap your order for you. At the time of checkout please tick the box that mentions gift wrap. There is a fee of Rs. 100 for gift wrapping.

HOW DO I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?

To purchase The Tiny Trove Gift Card simply go to the gift card section in our menu and chose the denomination you would like to purchase. Add it to your cart and proceed to checkout.

HOW DO THE E-GIFT CARDS WORK?

Our E Gift cards are sent to you by email, which you can then forward to the recepient. Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of products on www.thetinytrove.in. Gift Cards are valid for a period of one year from the date of issue. Purchases are deducted from the redeemer's Gift Card balance. Any unused Gift Card balance will remain in the gift card account and can be applied to future purchases. If a purchase exceeds the redeemers Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid by credit card, net banking or debit card, UPI, wallets etc online. No fees or charges apply to Gift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash. Unused Gift Card balances will not be refunded under any circumstances. No refund will be provided in cash, at any point of time. Unused Gift Card balances may not be transferred to another users account.

HOW DO I REDEEM A GIFT CARD?

To redeem your Gift Card complete the following steps: View your gift card in the email you have received. Keep the gift card number handy. Log on to www.thetinytrove.in Login to your account or Sign up if you are a new customer. Browse our store and add your products to your cart. Proceed to checkout. Add the gift code number in the space provided and press redeem. Complete placing your order. If the gift card value is more than the order value then no payment has to be made. If the gift card value is less than the order value then you can proceed to make the balance payment.
