SHIPPING & DELIVERY​

The Tiny Trove ships only within India.
Since our products are personalized, your order may take a couple of weeks to reach you but rest assured we are making all possible efforts to get your product to you at the earliest.
We usually dispatch your order within 4-5 days of placing the order. Once the product is dispatched from the warehouse delivery times may vary based on location. Generally the transit time for metros is 5-6 days while other destinations could take upto 6-7 working days. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

    SHIPPING CHARGES
    Our shipping charges are included in the product pricing. However if you require an urgent delivery, Express delivery charges will be applicable as per actuals. Please contact us on hello@thetinytrove.in and let us know if you would like to opt for express delivery before making the payment online.
    CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER
    If you would like to cancel your order please do so within 1 hour of placing the order. If cancelled after an hour we will not be able to process the refund.In the case of a credit card refund due to order cancellation, please allow 15-20 working days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your bank account.
    RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
    Due to the personalized nature of our products, thetinytrove.in has a strict no exchanges, no returns or no refunds policy across the website. In the event that a product that reaches you is damaged, please email us at hello@thetinytrove.in within 2 working days along with images of the damaged product and we will be glad to help you out.
