Gifting our products to someone? Have them gift wrapped by us.
All gifts are wrapped in high quality gift wrapping paper with a bow and a note card before they are securely packaged for delivery.
The charge of Rs. 100 is per item. If you require more than one item in your order to be gift wrapped please select the quantity of the gift wrapping based on the number of items you want wrapped.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We usually dispatch your order within 6-7 days of placing the order. Once the product is dispatched from the warehouse delivery times may vary based on your location. Generally the transit time for metros is 5-6 days while other destinations could take upto 6-7 working days. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. If you require an urgent delivery, express delivery charges will be applicable as per actuals. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the personalized nature of our products, thetinytrove.in has a strict no exchanges, no returns or no refunds policy across the website. In the event that a product that reaches you is damaged, please email us at hello@thetinytrove.in within 2 working days along with images of the damaged product and we will be glad to help you out.
